Buppy., a 20-year-old Utah native, weaves his own coming-of-age narrative through a tapestry of diverse musical genres. Faced with a tumultuous household, Buppy. sought solace in music production and songwriting at the tender age of 12. Throughout his teenage years, he poured his soul into crafting hundreds of original songs, honing his skills and developing a distinct lyrical prowess. His genre-blending hit "Violence" in 2021 marked his entry into the public eye. By 2022, his debut EP garnered over 4 million streams and a strong following on the California coast. Praised by Zane Lowe as "a superstar in the making" in 2023, Buppy. released his sophomore EP, ‘names&places’ to critical acclaim. On the live circuit, Buppy. showcased his talent with a string of performances, including notable appearances at SXSW and as support for tours headlined by Arden Jones, Pardyalone, and Louyah. Now in 2024, he returns with "parade," a lead single from his upcoming EP, showcasing a matured sound and introspective lyrics. With an unwavering dedication to his growing fanbase, Buppy. continues to share his authentic self and connect profoundly through his art.
