Marshall and Parker Mulherin are twin brothers from Memphis, where they grew up surrounded by music –– their father is a professional musician and their mother a knowledgeable fan with wide-ranging musical tastes. While marinating in the rich musical environment at home, they grew up as percussionists in middle school and high school band before moving to New Orleans for their college years. There they discovered their vocations as singers and producers—beginning to hone their unique blend of R&B, singer-songwriter, and indie music.

They’ve now self-released 3 EPs and a slew of singles, played a sold-out headline show in LA, and opened on a national tour with Zack Villere. In recent years, the brothers have begun using their talents to write and produce for other artists, with co-production on the long-awaited Normani album kicking off this new chapter of collaboration. In 2024, the pair returned with the single “Blue Moon”, a UK garage-inspired club track, and announced their upcoming EP “Paper and Plastic 02”. The song foreshadows the EP’s focus—an experimentation with more classic pop songwriting while doubling down on a more distorted, textural side of their sonic landscape.
