DWLLRS is an expression of our effort to put a voice to all the fears, hopes, dreams, and aspirations we had ruminating in our heads as boys.

DWLLRS came from the term “to dwell” which Bren’s dad coined sarcastically because of our tendency to overthink everything.

They aim to delve into the duality of the human experience orienting our hearts towards hope in a dark world — while not being afraid to stare into void that suffering sometimes leaves.

For any event that is listed as 18 or 21 and over, ANY ticket holder unable to present valid identification indicating that they are of age will not be admitted to this event, and will not be eligible for a refund.  Any event listed as All Ages, means 6 years of age or older.  ALL tickets are standing room only unless otherwise specified.  If you need special accommodations, contact info@cafedunord.com.

Professional Cameras are not allowed without prior approval.  Professional Camera defined as detachable lens or of professional grade as determined by the venue staff. When in doubt, just email us ahead of the show! We might be able to get you a Photo Pass depending on Artist’s approval.

DWLLRS is an expression of our effort to put a voice to all the fears, hopes, dreams, and aspirations we had ruminating in our heads as boys. In a way, it started as an organic friendship between the two of us, Bren Eissman and Joey Spurgeon. Through the years, it has grown with us and turned into our souls pursuit for God and the intangible through music, songwriting, and world building. DWLLRS came from the term “to dwell” which Bren’s dad coined sarcastically because of our tendency to overthink everything. What once served as a detriment soon became the fuel for our journey of unlocking doors in our hearts we didn’t even know were there. We aimed to delve into the duality of the human experience orienting our hearts towards hope in a dark world — while not being afraid to stare into void that suffering sometimes leaves. Through it all, we discovered the true meaning of our band is not just to overthink. We discovered that overthinking came from a deep conviction that was placed on our hearts. And the more we grow in life experience and as artists the more we hope DWLLRS will continue to be built on faith, friendship, and the pursuit of light in a dark world. We are dwellers, forever.
