Switch Blades! E-Bikes! Retail Crime! Trans athletes! Human traffickers in the Whole Foods parking lot! We may be living in the Golden Age of moral panics. But we’ve been living in it for quite some time! Today’s cell phones and abstinent teens were once VHS cassettes and rainbow parties. During this special live taping of In Bed with the Right, hosts Moira Donegan and Adrian Daub are joined by Sarah Marshall (You’re Wrong About) and Matt Bernstein (A Bit Fruity) to present minor moral panics past and present. And maybe come up with a theory of minor moral panics along the way. So grab your bingo cards, get a contact high, and prepare to freak the hell out!
