Jess, Minh and Daniel have come together against all odds, backgrounds, genres and careers to form Ice Cream Social Club — a trio running on coding, chords, and questionable planning, only one of whom actually eats ice cream. Minh and Daniel are a self-declared one-hit-wonder duo; Jess is a classical musician who occasionally trades the violin for voice and piano, and for this set picks up an even newer instrument: singing in Vietnamese. Between them: symphony stages, a couple of albums, and more enthusiasm than rehearsals. Together they have as much fun as if they were at an ice cream social on a hot summer day.
